Orders shipping to Australia:

FREE DELIVERY for ALL ORDERS OVER $350 within Australia!
    • Standard Domestic Delivery via Sendle: $5.00 (incl. GST): In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays), but not guaranteed. Not recommended for WA residents.     • Express Shipping Delivery via Australia Post - $12.00 (incl. GST): Delivery in 1- 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
    • FREE Express Shipping for ALL ORDERS OVER $350 AUD (exclusive of GST) within Australia!
    • You also have an option to PICK-UP your order at Strike Warehouse 1/12 Fraser Rd, Northgate QLD, Australia 4013 – for FREE! However, to ensure availability of the item, please call or email us before picking up your order.
    • Orders received before 3pm AEDT on a business day are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be dispatched the next day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
    • If the item is in stock and order is received before 3pm AEDT on a business day, it will be shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be dispatched the next day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
    • We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock however, if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.

Orders shipping to New Zealand:

WE OFFER SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND STARTING AT $25!
    • If item is in stock, your parcel will be delivered within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
    • We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock, however if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.
    • Your order will be delivered by Australia Post International trackable service.
    • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Customs and import charges for orders shipping to New Zealand or international destination:

You may be charged for duties and taxes by your Customs Service Department depending on the value of your order and destination country. Please note that we do not have control or estimate for these charges as these are imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

Please note, shipping terms and costs quoted apply to Australian and New Zealand delivery addresses only. For international orders, please feel free to contact us for a freight cost.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All products sold by Rugged Cases are covered by a warranty for your protection and peace of mind. Our products are all brand new and the warranty period is specified if applicable inside the packaging of the product.

The customer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us in writing if the goods are damaged or incorrect. If for any reason the goods are not to your satisfaction, please notify us and request for a Return Authorisation within 7 days. We will immediately send you a Return Authorisation Form & Number together with a return checklist and instructions. Any goods returned to Rugged Cases accompanied without a Return Authorisation Form & Number will be rejected at the door by our warehouse.

Return Authorisation Numbers are only valid for 7 days, so we must receive the returned product into our store within this period; otherwise, the return may not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. A copy of the invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product, as well as the approved Return Authorisation form sent to you by Rugged Cases Support.

If you wish to return a product due to a cancelled job, a customer change of mind or if you have incorrectly ordered a product and request for a refund, you will be charged with a 10% restocking fee and initial freight charge will not be included in this credit. This charge is to cover the time invested by Rugged Cases to process the initial order. Please contact cases@ruggedcases.com.au for instructions on how to do this.
